Commercial Properties

Commercial works include the recent completion of a multi use commercial/office building, the first to be LEED certified in Falls Church. Additional recent work has included the renovation, enlargement and re-use of a landmark Falls Church Office building and renovation of another in the same block; transformation of an aging former grocery into a multi-tenant retail center; successful revamping of a former automotive repair facility into a contemporary mercantile use; delivery of a mixed use commercial/rental apartment building with dedicated housing for teachers and the redevelopment of industrial/warehouse property.

Additionally, over ninety thousand square feet of office space has been delivered as commercial.
